Dreaming about Crossfit
The other night as I lay in bed to go to sleep I was going through the motions of a kipping pull up in my head. I think I dreamed about getting it too. I then also woke up with that same rythm in the back of my head.
The other day as I sat at my desk at work I was going through the motions of my snatch lift. Identifying the points at which I should extend, and pull and drop. I really want to nail that lift with that 30kg and then some.
As I write this I was drifting off into day dreaming about the motions of toes to bar, kipping handstand pull-ups, heavy weighted squats and dropping under the bar for a Jerk.
Is this the point that I should become concerned?
