I feel I did really well today with my food.. Kept it clean, simple and fresh. For lunch I had chicken, mixed veggies and topped it of with some pineapple! Oh how I love pineapple!
I did make sure I kept the serve low however, under 1/4 cup since it is high in sugar. It’s super high in dietary fibre, thiamine, vitamin B6 & C, copper and manganese.
Mmmm mmm, eat up in moderation! Now I just need some warm weather again, the beach and a good book!
