Mexicans know how to do Guacamole. Like seriously. Today I made the accidental but not so accidental food choice of eating so much good healthy fats of the avocado. It was with our shrimp tacos at lunch, we had it for afternoon tea with some fresh corn chips and tonight at dinner it was the garnish for our Mexican grilled meats.
Healthy fats like omega 3, as found in avocado, are vital for good healthy and a balanced diet. I found this snippet here for your reference:
