Tonight, after our moneyless day, and therefore limited food day, we decided to splurge and finally eat some pizza!
You know I am all about eating healthy and clean, but I also know that there are times to enjoy a cheat! Since we are in Chicago, of course it had to be pizza!
Paired with my pizza was a delicious Italian red wine. Research suggests that red wine (in moderation) is beneficial to health of the heart, dental health and contains antioxidants which slows the signs of aging and can reduce degenerative diseases. Like like like!
